Abstract

In this paper,the Hartman effect ininvestigated in tunneling through a graphene channel in the presence of a Rashba spin orbit interaction. Two cases of the normal and ferromagnetic channel is considered. The calculated results indicate that the occurrence o fHartman effect in tunnelin gprocess through the graphene channel depends heavily on the
Rashba spin–orbit parameter,incidence angl eand energy of the carriers and the ferromagnetic exchange energy of the leads.
