Abstract
IT has rapid changes in educating all the sciences namely health field in recent years. Using internet and computer provided education opportunities to achieve various skills besides easy access to global technology. The rapid influence of this technology among people changed the life style of many people and institutions: The statistics showed that the number of graphical internet users as good channel of information reached 2 billion , 95 million and 6 thousands and five people in June 2011 from 13 million people in 1995( Internet World Stats) now composed 5% of the population above 14 years of the world as active users of internet.44% of internet users,22.7% to Europe and 13% to North America,10.3% to Latin America, 5.7% to Africa, 3.3% to Middle East and 1% to Oceania. Active user is the one working with internet at least for 1 h per week. Now, millions of people search medical and health information via internet and computer. Thus, using this technology as effective and available tool to give online and update data were important to present the instructions of health. In Health Information Technology (HIT), IT is used to improve health education and optimization of health services. This field is a part of medical information sciences. In medical information, by computer and IT, we collect, store, analyze, share and display medical information to increase the medical issues understanding of medical issues. This technology emphasized on transferring the knowledge of health not physical transfer of the patient and one of the advantages was reducing the unnecessary visits of the patients to health centers. Other goals of this technology were presenting medical services to remote regions not having the opportunity of sending the patients to health centers (ibid).It is obvious that achieving health education via IT provides many people to receive the required information with easy and high quality access.
