Abstract

The chains of the public health, medicine supply chain. Pharmaceutical supply chain, is a very complex system that must ensure the right medicine at the right time and place to maintain and promote health, to the right to reach final consumers. The hospital, a major part of the health sector in the delivery of necessary medicines to patients. In this study, the study of literature and data on hospital pharmacy and data envelopment analysis models that can be identified and applied for the evaluation of medicinal supply companies. The numbers are not definitive data for hospital pharmacies In this study, we will use fuzzy data envelopment analysis models. In this study, the data will assume a triangular fuzzy numbers. To deal with fuzzy data envelopment analysis models, α- different levels used. Using α- different levels fuzzy DEA model is used to model the interval.
