Title
Investigating the feasibility of measuring Omeprazole by using CNNPs as a fluorescence probe
Type of Research Presentation
Keywords
Omeprazole
Abstract
Hollow cross-linked fluorescent carbon nitride nanoparticles (CNNPs) were produced by a one-pot solvothermal process [1]. The products were characterized by transmission electron microscopy (TEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR). The optical properties of CNNPs was investigated and it was used as a fluorescent probe for omeprazole in aquaes solution. The effect of buffer type, solution pH, and time on the quenching effect of omeprazole were investigated. Calibration curve was plotted for omeprazole in optimum condition. The liner range and detection limit was obtained as 0.243 220.2 ppm (R2= 0.9867) and 149 ppb respectively.
