Abstract Flexible sensors are made of elastic materials or structures that deform in response to applied pressure, without changing their performance. These devices typically based on a thin laminate that is compatible with their host features and provides a range of unique features such as good cohesion, high adhesion strength and adaptive deformation. In this paper, from various types of nanostructure-based sensors, medical sensors, are introduced. These flexible sensors exhibit maximum compatibility with the skin and other body organs.
