Nowaday, there are too many nano based systems for drug transport which are developing. The main purposes of using drug carriers are, decreasing drug degradation, enhancement of drug effectiveness, reducing drug taking dose, prevention of their side effects, increasing of drug availability, accumulation of drug in certain tissue and finally the sustaining of patient. The exceptional physic-chemical properties of graphene compounds make theme as an excellent compound in different industries such as medicine and medical sciences. Moreover application of graphene with very low amounts lead to increment of different properties in nanocomposites. By this way, the higher efficiency of graphene and their derivatives in synthesis of nanobiocomposites as drug carrier, for controlled delivery of drugs have previously been demonstrated. However, medical implication of this nano structures, is limited by their toxicity, thus biological strong of graphene compounds in organs such as liver and lung needs further investigation. Regardless of some unsolved problems, the individual properties and promising findings related to graphene nanoparticles, make them excellent candidates in different areas.
