Abstract
Regarding to the pollution of water resources, we are trying to make high efficiency nanocomposite absorbent with antibacterial and safe environmental effects for the Reduce of chromium ions and pathogenic contaminants present in aqueous solution. A series of PANI, PANI/AgNPs and PANI/melamine/Al2O3/AgNPs nanocomposites have been synthesized via in situ oxidative polymerization in green mediate using sugar beet leaf extracts. The structure and surface morphology of the synthesized silver nanoparticles, and all nanocomposites were analyzed by UV–vis, FTIR, XRD, TEM techniques. At the end, prepared nanocomposite was employed as a High efficiency adsorbent for the adsorption of Chrome ions. The kinetic isotherm Langmuir and Freundlich models have been applied for determining adsorption and the relevant characteristic parameters. The advantages of this absorbent are high selectivity, eco-friendly and efficient at various PH, so it can be used to purify aqueous solutions and industrial wastewater pollutants containing chromium and pathogenic bacteria without the need to add alkaline and acidic substances for adjust the PH.
