Abstract
Bared reduced graphene oxide (rGO) and various grafted rGOs as well as poly(3-hexylthiophene) (P3HT) chains were used for fabricating novel different patterned nanocomposites. These nanohybrids could be applied in the active layer of polymer solar cells. Synthesized grafted rGOs were composed of rGO-g-poly(3-dodecylthiophene) (PDDT), rGO-g-P3HT, and rGO-g-polyaniline (PANI). Four well-designed nanocomposites of (rGO-g-PDDT) (GPDDT)/P3HT with patched-like pattern, rGO-polythiophene (GPTh)/P3HT/(phenylC-butyric acid methyl ester) (PC71BM) nanofiber, rGO-g-P3HT/P3HT with cake-like pattern and PANI-g-rGO/P3HT supramolecules were designed. Morphology of nanostructures were analyzed by the transmission electron microscopy (TEM) images. Orientation of P3HT chains in the ultimate nanocomposites were determined by the corresponding selected area electron diffraction (SAED) patterns.
