A novel filter structure is introduced for Sub THz applications. First, the dispersion diagram is extracted for the unit-cell. Then, based on the dispersion diagram, a Goubau-Sommerfeld line with the appropriate impedance matching structures is considered and the scattering parameters for the structure are calculated. With simulation experiments, the effect of structural parameters on the performance of the structure is investigated and it is concluded that, using the structure, it is possible to achieve filters with various specifications.
