Dynamics of hybrid quantum systems which have undergone rapid progress in the past few years are still a hot and effective research field in quantum optics. However, a few reports have described the atom-cavity systems in the presence of graphene membrane inside the cavity. Indeed, the combination of atom-light systems with a vibrated graphene sheet gives rise to hybrid optomechanical systems, which provides the coherent manipulation of light with additional degrees of freedom. As another point of view the interaction of atoms with a graphene membrane in the presence of driven external classical field, gives rise to quantum correlations between photons and phonons which can be controlled via the coupling strengths.
