Abstract
|
Data Envelopment Analysis is one of the most appropriate methods in Evaluation of decision-making units in the real world. For this reason, researchers have always tried to improve and develop existing methods and approaches in this field. Network Data Envelopment Analysis is used to evaluate the efficiency of network systems by considering processes within divisions. One of the challenges in the evaluation of network systems is the Ranking of efficient units. The situation becomes more complicated when undesirable and feedback data are present in the system. in this study, we provide a model to Ranking general two-stage network systems with undesirable and feedback factors. In the end of article, the results are examined with a numerical example.
