Abstract

In this research, different organic/inorganic nanocomposite structures (PMMA/Se and PMMA/Ag2Se, for example) will be synthesized using the chemical bath deposition (CBD) method. The metal nano particle such as gold or silver will be doped to enhance the optical (linear and nonlinear) properties. The structural, linear and nonlinear optical properties will be studied using the different analyzing techniques. Especially, the nonlinear refractive and absorption coefficients will be measured using the z-scan technique.
