Abstract
The continuous presence of insecticides in environmental and agricultural samples has posed significant health and ecological risks. Such trace-level contaminants within complex matrices are required to be advanced with effective monitoring and mitigating methods. Although the developed current methods are useful for practical applications, they show several major deficiencies in sensitivity, selectivity, and green analytical performances . Layer-by-layer 3D printing is an advanced methodology for the preparation of adsorbents, including minute control of both structural and functional properties. The relevance of the present work encompasses not only microextraction techniques but also solving global problems related to pesticide contamination. The possibility of designing appropriate, efficient, and recyclable adsorbents would significantly contribute to the improvement of the analytical process itself and the development of better regulatory approaches, stimulating the protection of the environment.
