Abstract

Coronary artery disease (CAD) is a clinical condition that is considered as a multi-faceted chronic inflammatory disease involving reduced blood supply to the myocardium as a result of accumulating lipids in the atrial walls characterized by the stenosis and obstruction of the coronary arteries caused by atherosclerosis. In addition to classical risk factors such as hypertension, cigarette smoking, alcohol consumption and diabetes mellitus, researches in recent decades have suggested that a low-grade, persistent, chronic inflammation is a critical aspect of atherogenesis and the pathophysiology underlying CAD. Therefore, A potential effects and mechanisms of Asprosin, Maresin, and clauin-5 in cardiovascular diseases, which may open a new window for seeking meta-inflammatory options and improving cardiovascular disease management strategies. We believe that this study will contribute to the literature because it shows that Claudin-5, Maresin-1 and Asprosin may be a markers for determining and diagnosis of CAD with monitoring serum of this meta-inflammatory levels as early predictor markers of coronary arteries with critical.
