Abstract
This study aims to: • Explore Iraqi EFL students’ attitudes towards male and female instructors. • Compare the perceptions of male and female instructors in terms of quality and personal traits. • Investigate how gender dynamics influence students’ learning experiences and satisfaction in an EFL context. The study is confined to Iraqi universities and targets EFL students from various academic years. The scope includes quantitative data gathered through questionnaires focusing on students’ perspectives of instructor attributes such as teaching quality, fairness, communication style, and interpersonal skills.
