Abstract
The aim of this study to focus on a major risk factors and biomarkers for the risk of complication T2DM such as inflammation and cardiovascular disease. By measuring some biochemical parameters, it is possible to predict inflammation and heart disease in diabetics and to reduce them over the long term. The current investigation aims of the following objectives: 1. Prediction of CVD in T2DM patients by using the levels of Zyxin, N-Cadherin and Heart -type fatty acid binding protein. 2. Evaluation inflammatory indicators (C-Reactive Protein, CRP-Albumin-Lymphocyte (CALLY) index and lymphocytes) to shed light on the ways that inflammation hastens heart disease. 3. An investigation into the correlation between T2DM patients Zyxin, N-Cadherin and Heart -type fatty acid binding protein, and atherogenic index. 4. To determine the best marker for diagnosing CVD in patients with type 2 diabetes, examine the receiver operating characteristics (ROC) curve.
