Abstract
As the world becomes more focused on functional meals and getting enough nutrients, it is becoming more and more important to make sure that frequently consumed drinks like commercial fruit juices are correctly labeled and have the right amount of nutrients. Vitamin C, also known as ascorbic acid, is a crucial antioxidant and micronutrient that is important for the immune system, making collagen, and absorbing iron. But because it is unstable when exposed to heat, light, and oxygen during processing and storage, it is important to accurately measure it in fruit juices . There is an obvious need for accurate, up-to-date information on the real ascorbic acid concentration in Iran and Iraq, where juice consumption is significant and many goods are imported or made with different quality regulations. This research not only helps protect public health by checking nutrient claims, but it also helps keep an eye on how things are getting worse over time, helps regulatory bodies enforce labeling rules, and helps manufacturers improve their processing methods. In addition, using both traditional (e.g., titration) and modern (e.g., HPLC) analytical procedures makes sure that the methods are strong and gives academic and industrial stakeholders a way to compare results.
