چکیده
Engineering the optical and structural properties of halide perovskite nanoparticles is of critical importance for the advancement of modern optoelectronic technologies. Inorganic perovskites such as CsPbX₃ exhibit remarkable optical tunability, high color purity, and strong light absorption, which make them superior to many traditional semiconductor materials. However, the commercial use of these materials is still limited due to instability issues caused by halide ion migration, surface defects, and compositional imbalance. On the other hand, the colloidal re-deposition method offers a promising route to fabricate these nanocrystals in a simple, cost-effective, and scalable manner under ambient conditions. This method allows for fine-tuning of halide ratios, control of nucleation and growth kinetics, and fine-tuning of particle morphology. By understanding and controlling how halide composition affects crystal structure and optical emission, it becomes possible to design highly stable, efficient, and color-tunable perovskite nanoparticles suitable for real-world applications. This research is important not only from a scientific perspective, which provides deeper insight into the relationship between composition, structure, and optical response, but also from a technological perspective, as it supports the development of advanced materials for light-emitting diodes, lasers, photodetectors, and display technologies. Furthermore, optimization of the colloidal re-deposition process may lead to environmentally friendly and reproducible synthesis techniques, paving the way for the industrial production of perovskite-based devices with improved lifetime and performance [8, 9].
