Based on previous researches, theH-proper hypersurfacesof Riemannian space forms include a wide range of minimal ones. Inthis paper, we study an extended version ofH-properness condition onLorentz hypersurfaces with three distinct principal curvatures in the5-dimensional Lorentz pseudosphere. The main goal is to prove the1-minimality of such a hypersurface.
