The plant Clematis ispahanica will be collected from its natural habitats, cleaned of dust and surface contaminants, washed to remove impurities, and shade-dried at room temperature. The dried material will then be ground into a fine powder to be used as raw material for extraction. The plant extract and its bioactive compounds will be obtained using the maceration method with appropriate solvents. The resulting solution will be filtered, concentrated using a rotary evaporator, and finally stored as a dry extract. The identification and quantification of metabolites present in the extract will be performed using different methods.
