According to the latest research, the number and type of recent attacks show that threats to cyber infrastructure are not only increasing in volume, but also becoming more sophisticated in terms of attack technology. Therefore, traditional attack detection systems, which are usually based on settings and configurations applied by human users, do not work well against these types of attacks. Therefore, these types of systems do not have the desired speed, accuracy, and awareness against attacks. It seems better to strengthen traditional attack detection systems with effective automated methods. Therefore, these types of systems do not have the desired speed, accuracy, and recognition against attacks. It seems better to strengthen traditional attack detection systems with effective automated methods. Therefore, automated detection systems can play an important role in recognizing and repelling attacks. Automated detection systems can act automatically and independently in the following cases: defining attack detection parameters, adjusting defense parameters, evaluating and making decisions about critical situations, and restricting access to resources and services. Today, automated attack methods are used in many networks such as IoT, SDN, etc. Today, computer systems, especially those related to commercial and military activities, are tempting targets for attackers. Successful attacks by attackers on data and control systems can threaten the accessibility of the computer system and expose the integrity and confidentiality of information processed or stored in the system to the attacker, jeopardizing information security. Therefore, applying strong filters to identify or repel attacks is very necessary. One of the major challenges in today’s attack landscape is that attacks are becoming more intelligent and attackers are becoming more sophisticated, which is weakening traditional defenses. In this regard, deploying more monitors and security policies without consider
