چکیده
A simple,low-cost,andgreenprocesswasusedforthesynthesisofcarbonquantumdots(CQDs)through the hydrothermaltreatmentofsalepasanovelbio-polymericcarbonsourceinpresenceofonlypure water.Thesilvernanoparticles(AgNPs)wereembeddedonthesurfaceofCQDsbyultra-violate(UV) irradiation totheCQDsandsilvernitratemixturesolution.Theas-synthesizedCQDsandAgNPsdeco- ratedCQDsnanohybrid(AgNPs/CQDs)werecharacterizedbyUV–vis andphotoluminescencespectro- scopy,Fouriertransform-infraredspectroscopy,transmissionelectronmicroscopy,atomicforcemicro- copy,X-raydiffraction,and field emissionscanningelectronmicroscopy.Then,theAgNPs/CQDsnano- hybridwascastedontheglassycarbonelectrodeinordertoprepareanamperometrichydrogenper- oxide(H2O2) sensor.TheelectrochemicalinvestigationsshowthattheAgNPs/CQDsnanohybridpos- sesses anexcellentperformancetowardtheH2O2 reduction. Intheoptimumcondition,thelinearrange of H2O2 determination wasachievedfrom0.2to27.0 μM withhighsensitivity(1.5 μA/mM) andthelimit of detectionwasobtainedabout80nM(S/N¼3). Finally,thepreparednanohybridmodified electrode waseffectivelyappliedtotheH2O2 detection inthedisinfectedfetalbovineserumsamples,andthe recoverywasobtainedabout98%.TheachievedresultsindicatethattheAgNPs/CQDsnanohybridwith high reproducibility,repeatability,andstabilityhasafavorablecapabilityinelectrochemicalsensors improvement.
