Ferrocenyl- substituted silanes via the reaction between mono and dilithio- ferrocene with trimethyl, trietheyl, vinyldimethyl or t-butyl dimethyl chlorosilanes is prepared. The electrochemical behaviors of these compounds were investigated by cyclic voltammetry.
