چکیده
In this research, an ion-imprinted polydopamine-coated magnetic graphene oxide [GO@Fe3O4@PDA] was synthesized by a simple method at controlled pH conditions. The size, morphology and surface coating of the obtained nanosorbent were characterized by powder X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy. The feasibility of using GO@Fe3O4@PDA as a nano-sorbent in magnetic solid phase extraction (MSPE) was explored for the separation of Cd2+ ions from aqueous solutions. The preconcentrated Cd2+ ions were eluted and determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometric detection. The effects of various factors including pH, adsorbent amount, contact time, initial sample volume, type and volume of the desorbing solvent were optimized. The accuracy of the method was confirmed by analyzing a standard reference material. The method was applied for the determination of Cd2+ ions in natural waters.
