The present paper investigates the tunneling time for bi-layer graphene with monolayer
leads and monolayer graphene with a barrier for energy levels higher than the potential
barrier. Numerical results reveal that parameters such as the incident energy and angle
play a signifcant role in induction of the Hartman effect. Since bi-layer graphene has gaps,
the Hartman effect occurs in the normal incidence case. Moreover, it is demonstrated
that for energy levels above that of the barrier, the Hartman effect is also present.
