Preparation of hemoglobin modified graphene oxide doped eggshell membrane nanocomposite electrode as an electrochemical biosensor

چکیده
This study describes the preparation, characterization, and electrochemical behavior of eggshell membrane doped graphene oxide (ESM-GO) as a novel platform for electrode materials. The ESM-GO bionanocomposite was prepared by incorporation of GO nano-sheets into ESM via a facile sonication method, which was decorated on the surface of carbon ceramic electrode (CCE) by an O-ring. Cyclic voltammetry, field emission electron microscopy, and x-ray diffraction powder techniques were used for characterization of the developed platform. Subsequently, the ESM-GO|CCE was modified with hemoglobin (Hb) via a Put a drop of it, and the resulted modified electrode (Hb|ESM-GO|CCE) was used as a novel hydrogen peroxide electrochemical biosensor. The fabricated electrode responds efficiently to H2O2 over the concentration range 5- (S/N=3) and sensitivity 0.216 μA μM-1 cm-2.
