Literary works are a collection of intellectual and cultural resources of any nation. Poets, as intellectuals of any society, have always tried to reflect various social, cultural, economic and legal issues in their works. For this reason, in order to know more about nations and cultures, we have to get acquainted with their literature. Bidel Dehlavi, who is one of the transcendental figures, has created unique masterpieces, abandoning Persian literature and mysticism, and has reflected most of the above issues in his works. In this brief anecdote of Biddle Dehlavi's generalities in terms of criminal law, which is one of the main branches of jurisprudence, has been examined. The phenomenon of crime and criminality and punishment and its goals and issues related to criminal justice such as evidence of the case, such as confession and the manner of dealing with the judge and the execution of the sentence are discussed in this story and it is tried to compare the issues raised. To be analyzed with the Islamic criminal law and the relevant laws in the Q.A., due to the occurrence of this anecdote during the Biddle era, which coincided with the rule of the Safavid kings in Iran and the proclamation of the Shiite religion as the official religion. This article explains that by pausing and meditating on literary texts, one can reach a point of divorce between literature and the topics of criminal law and criminology, so that as a result, literature and its rich contents can be enriched as much as possible.
