چکیده
A microgrid is a localized group of electricity sources and loads that normally operates connected to and synchronous with the traditional centralized grid (macrogrid), but can also disconnect and operate autonomously as physical and/or economic conditions dictate(Figure 1). A microgrid can be powered by a mix of distributed energy sources (DERs) including renewables such as solar and wind, energy storage devices, and traditional energy sources such as diesel and natural gas generatorsFrequency and voltage control in microgrids have been an important topic of research for many years. This is due to the fact that microgrids are typically composed of a variety of distributed energy resources (DERs) such as photovoltaic (PV) systems, wind turbines, and energy storage devices. As a result, the power output of these DERs is intermittent and can cause instability in the microgrid. Moreover, the power quality of a microgrid can be significantly affected by voltage and frequency fluctuations. For these reasons, frequency and voltage control are of utmost importance in order to ensure the reliable operation of a microgrid.
