Development of new platform MOFs synthesis based on the new bidentate ligand for determination of Cr and Cd with electrochemical method

چکیده
Currently, the electrochemical method as one of the fast, accurate, and reliable techniques for detecting heavy metals[1]. Among heavy metals, Cadmium (Cd) and Chromium (Cr) levels are studied because they can cause water pollution and can be toxic, and non-biodegradable which influences the health of living things[2]. In this research, a novel bidentate ligand was prepared through an eco-friendly condensation method. In the next step, new bidentate ligand was successfully employed as a linker complexing agent in combination with Ni on glassy carbon electrode through in situ self-assembly template, by Cyclic voltammetry methodology strategy for preparation of metal-organic frameworks (MOFs) and determination of trace Cd and Cr at -1.00 V to 1.5 V, 100 mV/s, in ionizable solution. To obtain results with high accuracy, this study tested several electrochemical parameters[3]. Based on the results processed, the Cr and Cd level in the solution can be measured well in ionizable solution. This work have been validated and showed good results with correlation coefficients of Cr and Cd. The detection limit for Cr and Cd were 152 ppm and 218 ppm, respectively. Cr and Cd metal RSDs also showed good values (<5%).
