Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is a highly prevalent, chronic inflammatory and systemic autoimmune disease that affects approximately 1% of the population worldwide, while, in Iraq, there is increasing occurrence of RA to 1.7 % at 2019 and it affects the women three times more than men (Al_Badran et al., 2022). RA is characterized by inflammation and cellular proliferation in the Synovial lining of joints that can ultimately result in cartilage and bone Destruction, and may also affect other parts and organs of the body
