The main goal of the current study, therefore, is to assess the efficacy of pentoxifylline in the treatment of anti-fibrotic NAFLD. Here, the effects of pentoxifylline on liver fibrosis indices, liver function tests, and patient outcomes in NAFLD patients are investigated.
