Nowadays there is a very little scientific information about the levels of serum Sclerostin in T2DM with and without retinopathy in our country, and there is also important studies concentration of serum biomarkers as indicator of T2DM. Diabetic albuminuria affects up to 80 percent of those who have had diabetes for 10 years or more and can lead to renal failure, prevention or amelioration of its deleterious effects will be great help. So, this study will be conducted to investigate the possibility of using Sclerostin as predictive biomarkers for early diagnosis in patients with albuminuria.
