چکیده
Our reliance on fossil fuels will be greatly reduced as a result of the proliferation of electric vehicles (EVs), and the widespread adoption of EVs across all nations is on the horizon. For the purpose of facilitating the efficient incorporation of EVs and the charging infrastructure that is connected to them in the power grid, distribution networks of the next generation need to take into account the charging demand and discharge capacity of electric vehicles. As a result, network performance planning, which includes charging stations, needs to find solutions to more technical problems than just meeting the power demand that comes with traditional distribution network planning. The necessity of this research stems from the growing global shift toward EVs as a sustainable alternative to traditional fossil fuel-powered transportation. With the rapid proliferation of EVs and the corresponding decrease in reliance on fossil fuels, it is anticipated that electric vehicles will play a central role in future transportation systems worldwide. However, this transition brings with it a set of complex challenges, particularly in terms of integrating EVs and their associated charging infrastructure into existing power distribution networks. As the adoption of electric vehicles expands, the demand for efficient charging and discharging of these vehicles will put considerable pressure on the existing power grid. Therefore, next-generation distribution networks must not only account for conventional power demand but also address the additional technical challenges posed by electric vehicle integration.
