Caffeine is one of the most popular psychoactive drugs in the world. It is mostly found in drinks like coffee, tea, soft drinks, and energy drinks. Caffeine is popular and can make you feel more awake, but too much of it or drinking it in an uncontrolled way can cause a number of health problems, such as sleep problems, heart problems, and anxiety . This is especially true for people who are already sick, pregnant, or have other health problems. The expanding market for caffeinated drinks in Iran and Iraq, especially imported and locally made energy drinks and sodas, has generated worries about public health about the accuracy of labeling and the real caffeine level of these drinks. But right now, there isn't much systematic, comparative study that looks at caffeine levels in different types and brands of drinks in these nations. This study is important not only to make sure that international safety standards and labeling rules are being followed, but also to enhance consumer knowledge, help public health officials make decisions based on facts, and possibly help shape legislation on how to regulate caffeine. The results of this study can be used as a scientific standard for ongoing quality control and monitoring in the beverage industries of both countries.
