Fluorescent compounds have attracted much attention recently due to their potential applications. As they are fluorescent in the solid state, they could be good candidates for photoluminescent or electroluminescent materials. Also because of their fluorescent in solution, they could be used as fluorescent sensor for application in biology and environmental science [1].
