We revisit the approach of optimal average work extraction from a system and single-shot quantum thermodynamics method, too. In addition, we will discuss about of the results of implementation these two methods. Also, it can be displayed, notwithstanding the single-shot approach relies on the concept of Helmholtz Free Energy extended for the non-equilibrium state, optimal average work depend on "projections".
