Communication systems are the essential and critical part of smart grids concept. Demand response program is one of the main actors in smart grid environments. There are different uncertainties in the smart grid communication systems. Therefore, the perfect assumption of this communications system is incorrect. In this paper, demand response (DR) program in the presence of the effects of imperfect communication (IPC) data is evaluated. The queueing theory is used to model and analyze the impact of IPC data on executing the DR program. To evaluate the effects of the DR program, four load types namely residential, commercial, Industrial and academic are considered. The simulation is carried out on the IEEE 85 BUS network as smart distribution grid and also the obtained results for perfect communication (PC) and IPC data of TOU DR Program are compared.
