We address the dynamics of entanglement of a hybrid non-interacting qubit-qutrit system
initially entangled in a maximally entangled state and subjected to the independent sources
of classical noises. As classical noises, we use different configurations of three practically
important classical noises, i.e., static noise, random telegraph noise and Ornstein-Uhlenbeck
noise. In contrast to the previous studies, we consider circumstances in which local classical noises act in the perpendicular directions and produce pure relaxation and dephasing
dynamics on the qubit and qutrit, respectively. We find that the system exhibits considerably
different dynamics of entanglement in such circumstances. For instance, when the subsystems are both affected by the random telegraph noises in Markovian regimes, our setting
leads to entanglement sudden death while the other ones do not.
