An infinitesimal study of the "scheme of Secant loci's" would be presented. Such an study leads to a description of the tangent cones of these schemes, globally. Briefly speaking, the tangent cones turn to be $\mathbb{C}^r$-bundles on some reduced, normal and Cohen-Macauley varieties.
