This study aims to explore the preferred English learning and teaching styles by English learners and teachers and to analyze the mismatches between their preferred styles. İn addition it's going to explore both learners and teachers attitude through semi structured interviews. Participants of the study will be 120 students (both male and female), from six different classes and their teachers which are six as well. Reid's (1995) questionnaire, including six learning style preferences will be used in the study. Both teachers and students will rate their agreement based on a 5-point scale
