This study aims to investigate the antibiofilm activity of biosynthesized MgO NPs against MDR bacteria isolated from diabetic foot infections. By elucidating the mechanisms underlying their antimicrobial action and assessing their effectiveness in disrupting biofilm formation, this research could provide critical insights into alternative treatment modalities for managing chronic infections.
The findings from this study hold significant implications for clinical practice, as they may contribute to the development of innovative therapeutic agents that can enhance wound healing outcomes and reduce reliance on traditional antibiotics. Additionally, this research aligns with global health initiatives aimed at combating antibiotic resistance by exploring sustainable and effective alternatives for infection management.
