Conformal Sasakian manifolds are de ned By using the conformal transformation on the
structure tensors of a Sasakian manifold where the new structures also de ne a Sasakian
structures on manifold. In this paper,we study the di erential geometry of contact totally
umbilical proper CR-submanifolds of conformal sasakian manifolds.
