In this article, it was shown that the biharmonic hypersurfaces in Euclidean space with recurrent Ricci operator are minimal. Infact, the biharmonic hypersurfaces with recurrent Ricci operator in En+1 have at most three distinct principal curvatures. Consequently, we obtained the result.
