In the case of muscle inflammation, immune system causes unnatural responses which Results inflammation in body tissues with in which during the body activities with regards to the intensity, time and type of the activity, and the skeletal muscles are damaged and consequently are inflamed. Vacuities cause defected performance or myalgia. Scientists believe that Vitamin C can be a very secure and economic method to treat this dangerous and threatening septicemia. Materials and Methods: The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of Vitamin C on muscle inflammation and septicemia among the female power athlete student in Azarbaiejan Shahid Madani University. Accordingly, 50 participants (40 participants out of 140 participants available) and 10 non-athlete volunteer was chosen randomly and exercised within various groupings, during three weeks with specified intensity and time length. Results: A pre-test and post-test of blood samples, five hours after the final session of exercise, was conducted to check the amount of MAD, TAC, and HSCRP. The obtained data was analyzed through dependent and independent samples t-test, one-way variances analysis, using SPSS 16 computer software. Conclusion: The findings of the present study revealed that performing power exercises using Vitamin C supplementary increases MAD, TAC, and HSCRP inflammation index; however, these changes are not significant enough.
