چکیده
The present study was conducted with the aim of determining the relationship between gender equality and administrative performance, management and organization sports competitions among the employees of the Iraqi Ministry of Sports and Youth. This research was interpretive in terms of paradigm, applied in terms of purpose, quantitative in terms of data and descriptive-survey in terms of data collection method using a standard questionnaire. The statistical population of the present study was all managers and official, contract and contractual employees of the Ministry of Sports and Youth of Iraq, which, considering the unknown and wide number of the statistical population and based on Morgan's table, the maximum possible number for the statistical sample (384 people) were chosen randomly. In order to collect data, three standard gender equality questionnaires of Asgari Nadushan et al. (2015), administrative performance questionnaire, Oskooie (2016) and manager's professional skills questionnaire (APSS) were used. In order to analyze the data, in addition to the descriptive analysis, the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test was used to check the normality of the data distribution, and the Pearson correlation test and the linear regression test were used to check the research hypotheses. All analyzes were performed in spss23 software and at a significance level of 0.05. The results of the research showed that there is a positive and significant correlation between gender equality with administrative performance (p=0.001, R=0.742) and management and organization sports competitions (p=0.001, R=0.594) among the employees of the Ministry of Sports and Youth. Also, gender equality has the ability to predict administrative performance (sig=0.001, t=16.814) and managing and organization sports competitions (sig=0.006, t=5.096).
