With the growing emphasis on positive psychology in education, understanding the psychological factors that influence teachers’ well-being has become a crucial area of research. This study examines the role of teacher commitment and L2 grit as predictors of Iranian English as a Foreign Language (EFL) teachers' well-being, with a particular focus on the mediating role of teacher resilience. Employing a quantitative approach, data will be collected from 300 Iranian EFL teachers through validated psychological and educational scales. The study utilizes Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to analyze the relationships between teacher commitment, L2 grit, resilience, and well-being. It is hypothesized that teacher commitment and L2 grit will significantly predict resilience and well-being, with resilience serving as a key mediator in these relationships. The findings are expected to contribute to the understanding of psychological constructs that foster teacher resilience and well-being, offering insights for educational policymakers and institutions to enhance teacher support programs. By identifying the interplay between these factors, this research aims to provide actionable strategies for improving teacher satisfaction, retention, and overall effectiveness in language education.
